I still think they will go for a name as DoF (I don't think Rudkin should get involved with player scouting & recruitment etc and can't see that as being  something CS can manage along with a first team coaching role . So leave him as first team coach on a proper contract and remuneration and bring in someone like this guy

I cant imagine that Shakey will be short of job offers if he is replaced... but i seriously hope he isnt.... Besides, his strength is his rapport with the players and the team he has inherited and his knowledge on who to use them... he wouldnt have any of that at a new club and i would fear for his career as a manager if he did move on...

Similarly i couldnt believe Ian wright on 606 was is against eddy howe going to arse coz "He doesnt have experiebce for a big club".... yet a foreign manager did a few years at southampton and then went to spurs....

Your mistake there is expecting Ian Wright to make any sense.
