Anyone under 20 hasn’t got a clue what you’re on about! They wouldn’t know where the SuperBowl was for a start. I remember Krystals turning you away if you wore white socks too. When it opened we wore suits to get in. How times change, I bet you can walk into that place now whatever it’s called in just jeans and a scruffy t shirt.

Ha ha, yes, had to wear a suit to go out in town to make sure you could get in everywhere. Looked a bit out of place in sector 5 and the fan club mind. My mate got turned away from krystals once for wearing trainers so put his black socks over his shoes and got in.
Voll Blau Posted 23 October 2017 Posted 23 October 2017 Slightly off topic but does Conrad Logan still hold the "best celebrity score" title at Meridian Hollywood Bowl? Used to have a little "hall of fame" board up when you walked through the entrance.

The Fox Covert Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 I saw this at the same time as I saw the Walking Dead thread. Nuneaton and Walking Dead almost next to eachother. I didn't see the TV news when the story broke about the hostages in the bowling alley so I thought they were both variations of the same thread. Funny how some places only ever get in the headlines when something absolutely dreadful happens there!
