Yeah I know what you mean.

In all seriousness; Vardy, Ndiddi and Maguire could be tempted.

Maguire was one of the worst players against CP I think must have thought he'd signed for them.:D

But remember it’s not Puel who is to blame despite history repeating itself and him being the common link (according to some).

It is the entitled title winning players who are to blame for our poor results. Presumably on Saturday that included the likes of; Schmeichel, Simpson, Huth, Fuchs, Kante, Drinkwater, and Okazaki.

Having read many of your posts I am convinced you actually don't watch us or certainly haven't in the last few months.TV highlights can be misleading.

FIF doesn’t watch the games live. He lives in France.

Exactly.

I and many other can’t be arsed to go to watch the shit this has now become.

If you care for the club, Puel’s brand of football is a negative experience as a whole.

If he is in charge come close season and we don’t get a decent appointment I can see the best players leaving.

We will then be completely ****ed; it’s now that serious a situation we have now.

As bad as we were against Palace and recently in general, it's no worse than what it was towards the end of Ranieri's and Shakespeare's tenures.

Obviously they were sacked, so Puel is probably headed that way too.

I do think the man knows his football though. His career to date is decent and he's trying something different, which is what we all craved after Shakespeare.

Maybe it's just a case of not being a 'good fit', but I can see why it was worth trying him out and he did deliver PL safety, so he's achieved no less than Shakespeare really.

You are right...but I do fear unless we get rid of poor old Claude and don’t get a good replacement in pronto, that we could get seeing the better players we have go elsewhere.

As an aside, I have heard this morning that there is truth in this Benitez story.

They have offered him what he wants personally and a kitty.

If Ashley doesn’t sell NUFC it’s supposedly in place.

?

Of course things can change! ??‍♂️

Why?

Taking Southampton to 8th and a cup final

Taking us to top half and two creditable cup runs.

Seems a lot better than Allardyce, Pardew, Hughes and all the others who keep getting prem jobs.

They were also 4 points from 17th or 18th, and 12 points worse off. It was an odd league that year in terms of points distribution.

I recall Le Tiss saying how only those who watch them week in week out know what it was like. Sounds familiar to now as most pundits think he’s done a great job...
