There are a lot of LCFC flags at the ground displayed in honour of Vichai.  Some I recognise from our away days here and abroad.   Is anyone bringing their own flag to display at Cardiff?

Cardiff City’s owner Vincent Tan has asked whether we can make a giant version which could have across both sets of fans and then surf across the ground before kick off.

If Vichai had asked if someone could make a giant flag, I guess he probably would have just paid for it himself rather than needing crowdfunding....

I don’t want to tell anyone how to grieve or what to do, I just think it’s important to be thoughtful in how we pay respects. Just using the first idea that springs to mind, and jumping on a company’s bandwagon may not be the way.

It already looks like the banner is missing a “.” after the “P” And while I appreciate Vincent Tan’s gesture, we don’t have to just do the first thing he says. I know it’s a tough time for Ian Stringer (he’s gone above and beyond in his coverage this week), so I get that he might not be able to think through every detail of this campaign that he’s put out there.

It will be important for the supporters to have the opportunity to contribute to or even provide a more permanent tribute to Vichai, how we proceed with these more immediate gestures will have a big impact into how receptive the club will be to those more permanent plans.

I think these guys haven't given themselves enough time to sort this out but there's enough time before Burnley and if they were to talk to the club I'm sure they'll be able to surf it then. Just be prepared to jump through a bunch of hoops first...

Just seen the guy making this on Midlands news 50×20 and with the missing full stop

Seemed genuine enough.
