I've just actually put it on notice to cancel, but I'd like to just come to an agreement. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or ideally, does anyone on here work at Sky and we can resolve it?

Free Falling Foxes Posted 19 February 2019 Posted 19 February 2019 Traditionally, with the likes of $ky and Virgin, you cancel then get a call a few days later offering you a deal to stay. At least that is what used to happen. If you have already cancelled, you have nothing to lose by waiting a few days, even if it was something other than the prices you are unhappy with.

I don't have anything to do with cancellations or customer service
