mad biker Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Is out tomorrow, possibly a lot longer let`s get behind Kev Pressman now and make him feel welcome !
Ian Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Had to happen sooner or later i suppose! "you'll never the beat the pie man, you'll never beat the pie man"
Ric Flair Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 This is awful, no disrespect to fat boy Pressman but I honestly don't think we should play him. This is the perfect opportunity for Conrad Logan to be given a chance, goalies struggle to break through as they are never rotated like outfield players are and with Walker only 32ish he has another 2 or 3 good years in him if we hang on to him, so Logan will be limited in his chances. I've heard good things about the lad and he can't do any worse than Pressman would, when your playing as badly as we currently are a youngster thrown in can do the team a world of good.
dpjfox Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Why do all the media reports say he is fit to play ie only Tiatto Elliott and Morris injured!
davieG Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Why do all the media reports say he is fit to play ie only Tiatto Elliott and Morris injured! 18044 Perhaps Micky doesn't want the oppo to know that we are going to drop the hoof. Walker is often instrumental to this and with Harper on board as well we are about to adopt a passing game. Somewhere over the rainbow........................................
andy_croydz Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 well im not sure if walkers playing ot not, but this is true my mate told me whos a leicester fan himself that his mum told him walker came into where she works in some medical place and he had something to do with his thigh i hope he aint out tommorrow
Scow Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 I'm inclined to believe Mad Biker since he's in the know. You watch, we'll have no back up keeper on the bench again....
andy_croydz Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 il cry is pressman starts  i mean the only thing hes good at now is being a goalkeeping coach, hes bout 35 hes 15 stone and being 15 stone for a keeper is bad for a start coz u aint as agile, but being 35 on top of that is terrible :!:
Cat Burger Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 I'm pretty sure he's 38, even worseandy! he's just like everybody else new though, he deserves a chance to prove if he is good or if he is pants.
Cobbo Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 He's 36 I believe. And is no goalkeeping coach of ours. I'm sure he'll do a good job

Conrads got no chance under this management.
Craig Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Logan isn't good enough for the ressies, let alone the bloody first team.
Mark Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Logan isn't good enough for the ressies, let alone the bloody first team. 18081 Of course he's good enough for the reserves
Oli Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Is out tomorrow, possibly a lot longer let`s get behind Kev Pressman now and make him feel welcome ! 18038 I will never back that fat nob, and i wont back micky for signing him. One of the worst signings! Hea aint even part of the coaching staff. Lets hope he plays that Dave Clarke he saigned after the mallorca game.
dhermon Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 at the end of the day a clean sheet is a clean sheet i dont give a flying monkey's whos in goal i want a f@cking win grow up he is here nothing u can do about it but support the team heaven knows we need it!! give him a go for god sake i love the idea of having kids in the team but not now..not in goal. anyway u have to work with what we have got its not his fault our gaffer is a dick... i have not lost faith in leicester city just MA i have no time for his crap anymore he talks nothing but shit (sorry just what i think)

We should send him out on loan but Micky would have to be thinking about benefitting a youth player and thats a rare thought for him.

Mark Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Not at first, i was delighted he sent him out on loan for the initial one month period where we was class for them, then he and Bassett went against their words and made it a season long loan, which i wasnt happy about.
Ash Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 Yer but Wright wasnt/isnt good enough for the premiership , so sending him out on loan was the right thing to do IMO
Alexikokopops Posted 10 September 2004 Posted 10 September 2004 We should just sign Alan Marriott from Lincoln City. LEGEND!! We could afford him, Lincoln went through a lot worst than Leicester, so everyone's on about £2 a week. He's a fantastic goalkeeper, which a good 10 years ahead of him. That's my two cents.
