6th place guaranteed or League Cup?

5th is guaranteed group stage of UEL.

 

FA Cup winner is automatically in the group stage of UEL.

 

League Cup winner starts in 2nd round of qualifying for UEL.

 

6th gets into group stage of UEL if the FA Cup is won by a Top 5 club. 6th gets into 2nd round of qualifying for UEL if FA Cup winner is outside of the Top 5 and the league cup is won by a team in the Top 5.

 

7th gets into 2nd round of qualifying for UEL if both cups are won by a Top 6 team.

 

Simples...

Having seen us lift 2 league cups in my life time, I'd prefer us to finish 6th.

 

But if it was 6th or FA cup, it would be the FA cup all day long!

 

Would be amazing to complete the set of domestic trophies.
