GorlestonFox Posted 18 July 2019 Posted 18 July 2019 Many people on here going to this? Where are we drinking....?
Suffolk exile Posted 18 July 2019 Posted 18 July 2019 I am with my 2 boys - so no drinking, but I was going to ask about where are planning to park. I live close (ish) to Cambridge, but I am not sure where to park.
Voll Blau Posted 18 July 2019 Posted 18 July 2019 Only been to one Cambridge game (as a neutral) before. Recall boozing on Newmarket Road, where there were a few pubs on the way from town to the ground.
theadmans Posted 18 July 2019 Posted 18 July 2019 I am with my son and his pal - so no drinking for me either... Will get a McDonald's before the game as I see there is one very close to the Abbey Stadium... Probably not get away with leaving the car parked in Maccy D's for the game.... ...Anyone know what are the residential roads like around there for parking?

Quite an easy one to get to and park, but probably a mile walk. You will be straight on A14 afterwards. j35/A1303 Head towards Airport. over first roundabout and 300 yards on the right Newmarket Road Park and Ride.open 24 hours If you get to BP garage a tad too far,use the forecourt to turn around. Its on Newmarket Road so just a straight walk. marshall Airport( left) cars ( right) set of traffic lights ( over) roundabout over( Mac Donald’s on right) bit further on,on your left. Downside hardly any pubs until after the ground.
foxfanazer Posted 19 July 2019 Posted 19 July 2019 Going with my daughter so unfortunately no boozing. Looking forward to it though
