As we saw at cov the golden share (right to play in the efl) has real value... but not if staff have been let go and assets sold. The first thing to look at is if it is right that the club goes into admin. If so... then the admu idtratirs should not be breaking it up. I always worry that administrators have an incentive to sell quick assets to ensure the availability of cash to pay their ow fees (removing their risk). If the club should not be in admin then this whole thing is fraudulent. I believe the efl approved the new owners and so must bear responsibility
