None of the clubs mentioned are going to pay 30 to 40 for a midfielder (wiki). The interesting thing to me is that we seem to be going after more players with better dribbling ability or control. Interesting if we really are  into Pereira or player with that skill set.

Yes please!!! Would be a top singing for us but agree with the AFCON coming so very doubtful.

Well that’s the price Sassoulo will demand, would imagine it would be closer to the lower end.

 

He definitely has more potential than them numbers suggest although I’ve seen him play V Atalanta twice and I’m pretty sure most of them numbers above were in them games.

Berardi is the one at Sassuolo, left footed right winger. It looks like wants to be a one team player though.

Had a good season last season 11 goals and 4 assists in 34 games, but very disappointing to see such a drop off in form this season especially for a Sassuolo side who have done well (currently 8th, can finish 7th if they win on Sunday)

 

But also like you say he is a natural left winger and at that cost there is too much risk in hoping he could become a right winger

Saw him live for Birmingham at St. Andrews.. he was bloody awful. Guy who took me is a work colleague, said that’s usual for him. Guessing he’s had a serious upturn in Italy.
