There's still an active modding community which provide seasonal updates for it every year, and the game has been made available for free by Eidos. 

 

Nowhere near as bloated, complicated and demanding as modern Football Manager games. The pinnacle of the series.

He's sticking with the management career thing on Fifa, and has given up on football manager. He also likes playing the mode on Fifa where you get a little triangle above your head....he especially enjoys hammering me 15 nil at that. But I tell myself that I'm letting him win

Total club manager was sooo good so many hours wasted playing this 😂😂 one year you could get  Defoe and a few others from West Ham on a free at the start of the season 😂

Yeah, the other one was Paul Scholes on 6 million release clause. Peter Lovenkrands was another must but a pricey one! Great game!

Championship manager 4 was the GOAT and it's not even close.

FM for mobiles is far less complicated and streamlined. I actually prefer it.
