No, Hidcote Road, down at the bottom, just after the bend.

The Turner nominated artist David Shrigley lived on Ash Tree Road, who was responsible for one of the most bizarre and surreal mascots in football history...

We were childhood friends, as he was just round the corner and we all played football in the park. He turned like Vestergaard... One the pupils I teach has one of his prints hanging proudly at home, which was a strange thing to see.

I've mentioned it a few times on here but I'm originally from Northern Ireland and started supporting Leicester due to the Norn Iron connection with O'Neill, Lennon and Taggart. This was particularly odd as most Irish people supported Liverpool or Man Utd.

.... but I've been living in England for years now so I guess I'm not overseas anymore!

Where in Oadby? I moved there from Wigston when I was 7 and we really went up in the world lol

I was just off Rosemead Drive and we moved up to the new Oadby Grange houses years later.

I went to Gartree and Beauchamp

I was one of the originals on the first day that Brocks Hill infants opened. Then went on to do Gartree and Beauchamp. I mostly hated my school days and couldn't wait to leave at 16.

Been living down amongst the wurzels in Somerset for over 40 years but Leicester is still 'home' to me where most of my relatives live. I think most of them don't realise that I don't live there anymore due to the amount of time I'm around 🙄

I'm from Surrey but not in a football watching household.  In the 80s if you had asked I was a Liverpool fan as they were winning everything, but I couldn't have named more than a couple of players.  Went to DMU from 95-99, glory days.  A mate worked at Filbo and could get us discount tickets so went to most home games around 1998.  Got hooked with MON and the fighting spirit of Walsh, Elliot, Lennon, the brilliance of Muzzy, Guppy's crosses.  Cottee playing off a force of nature in Heskey.  Good times!

Moved back to Surrey in 99 and Foxestalk has kept me in touch.  Moved to Australia last year with my wife, who is Australian.
