I have asked a boro supporting friend who has gone to some of these matches with me, and will probably have the relevant boro stub, will get back to you

Aah - I've just located my programme for the 2003 game in August, a dreary goaless draw from memory - but I see that fixture's not even itemised on your request list and anyway it's got no matchday ticket within it for some reason
