If so, they brought it on themselves, blocking the pavement and it attracted the attention  of a motorcycle cop, saw him taking pics of them on his phone and waiting as I walked by.

My car was towed once by some absolute **** 0f a traffic warden in Brighton.

 

I ****ing HATE Brighton now.
