So if you're not a ST holder or member but a life long fan who for whatever reason can't get to games you'd have to pay the clubs membership fee, £10 would be cheaper.

If ST holders and members have not joined the Trust already I don't think the £10 admin fee is stopping them.

The truth is probably that during the last 10 years the vast majority of fans didn't need a Trust they were happy with whatever the club did. Now it's seemingly deteriorated to be a match going fan people are coming out of the woodwork to complain that the Trust is toothless, well of course it is the fans haven't had any need for it so it doesn't have sufficient   members to put pressure on the club.

I'm their biggest critic but this last paragraph has a fair amount of truth to it. However, their membership numbers haven't changed very much over the years. Even in harder times the number of actual members wasn't much higher than it is now and at just under 500 (at last check) it's still a fair voice for a club our size. Also if they're seen to be doing more, and have more eyeballs on them in the media and press, more will join them simply through awareness. It's not always numbers that put pressure on the club anyway. UFS have had success in singing section trials, Tifos and charity collections just through simple dialogu and if anything FT should be more public on getting things like safe standing re-introduced and a public announcement about where we are with the ground extension.

Cristian looks quite like me but with worse fashion sense, an apparent lack of hobbies/interests and a huge deficit in the facial hair game.

Not impressed.

I'm not defending them particularly just get a bit miffed when apparently do nothing fans complain.

For sure, by the same token of not being needed to appearing to do nothing to improve the needs of the fans during the good times, which is probably the best time to do it.

Think trust getting a lot of unnecessary pelters here, yes been bit meh but level of vitriol on here is odd

I'm not one for throwing unnecessary jibes on here, but I imagine the lack of transparency regarding their role/who they represent doesn't help. They have been asked multiple times by multiple posters how many paid members are part of the Foxes Trust, for months, and not one reply. If people can't trust them to be open about who they represent, why would anyone trust anything else?

£10 to join so I'm going to do just that. When I tried to create an online membership I received an error message saying 'Error! Nonce Security Check Failed!'

I am relieved to see that in this context nonce is some tech thing. Nevertheless, not the best start to my relationship with @Foxes_Trust!

Thanks for highlighting this issue, we resolved it now, so please try again

To quote the great Delia Smith “Where are you, let’s be having you… Come on”

UFS have released a statement and for the first time ever I see almost every single supporter in agreement with them. As the voice of the fans, where are you? Where is your statement?

Your aims are:

To create an independent forum to raise the concerns of Leicester City Football Club supporters.
• To enable a democratically elected director representing the views of the supporters to influence the decision making of the board, and to enshrine in the football club’s Memorandum and Articles of Association the representation of the Trust on the Board.
• To raise money for the benefit of the club. Funds raised are to be used appropriately as to benefit the best interests of Leicester City Football Club and its supporters.
• To strengthen the bonds between Leicester City Football Club and the community which it serves and to represent the interests of the community in the running of the club.
• To ensure the club meets the highest standards of business management.
• To promote, develop and respect the rights of members of the community served by the club and the Trust.
• To encourage the club to play competitive football at the highest possible level

No statement now or a failure to back UFS on their statement goes directly against at  least 3 of these aims - let’s be having you!!!
