Libertine Posted 7 December 2005 Posted 7 December 2005 What song/s would you choose to be played at your funeral? *Try to be original, NO ANGELS!*
frenchy_lcfc Posted 7 December 2005 Posted 7 December 2005 If It was With Angels I'd choose Ronan Keating:- If Tomoorow Never Comes And With No Angels Bee Gees: - Staying Alive
Milky Posted 7 December 2005 Posted 7 December 2005 Louis Armstrong - What a wonderful world I see trees of green, red roses too I see them bloom for me and you And I think to myself, what a wonderful world I see skies of blue and clouds of white The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night And I think to myself, what a wonderful world The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky Are also on the faces of people going by I see friends shakin' hands, sayin' "How do you do?" They're really saying "I love you" I hear babies cryin', I watch them grow They'll learn much more than I'll ever know And I think to myself, what a wonderful world Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world Oh yeah That would be if i'd actually lived to a reaonable age
The People's Hero Posted 7 December 2005 Posted 7 December 2005 Bob Dylan - Death is not the end. Even though it is. Clearly.
Bert Posted 7 December 2005 Posted 7 December 2005 If It was With Angels I'd choose Ronan Keating:- If Tomoorow Never Comes And With No Angels Bee Gees: - Staying Alive Top stuff , this is what i would want to along with If your happy and you know it clap your hands, i'm not showing any disrespect here it's just that at my funeral i want peopel to celebrate my life and im happy.
Tommy Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Oasis - Stop Cryin' Your Heart Out or You'l Never Walk Alone - Gerry and the Pacemakers
CasinoGee Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Glad All Over by the Dave Jones 5 lmao On a serious not, Stand By Me - Ben E King
Jordan Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 "I Like Short Songs" by the Dead Kennedys. I don't really want a funeral, so there wouldn't have much time to spend listening to music... just dig a hole and dump me in... maybe a quick cremation will do... don't worry 'bout me, let's get it over with so everyone can get back on with their lives.
lush Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 I couldnt have that kind of funeral we saw last saturday, i`d want hearts pumping, and faces with smiles on. Theres millions, but "Access" by dj mistjah + dj tim, would be great. Its a mixture of hardhouse/techno, and beautiful strings. It would be my way of saying to the wakers, hey, cheer up, dont be sad. And no one would be allowed to drink anything other than champagne!! If you dont drink champagne, your not getting in
Tommy Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 Saves The Day - At Your Funeral This song will become, the anthem of your underground Your two floors down getting high in the back room Is this the same on I'm thinking of?
MC Prussian Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 This song will become, the anthem of your underground Your two floors down getting high in the back room Is this the same on I'm thinking of? Indeed. Though it's not a general "funeral song", because it speaks of a very specific type of death.
Tommy Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 Indeed. Though it's not a general "funeral song", because it speaks of a very specific type of death. Make sure you die that way then
