Chaotic ticket office

Just wondered if anybody else was having problems with the ticket office. Whenever I order tickets they never arrive ( for sway games). When you call up thr staff say that they have been sent out. I have confirmed they have the right address.

Probably jinks myself, but mine have always arrived prefect.

Has your postman mentioned getting to many games

Brought my Coventry tickets 21st they arrived 23rd 🤷🏻‍♂️

Exactly. If it was 2-3 times, I'd put it down to how awful Royal Mail are right now (it's literally a postcode lottery whether you get letters or not)

 

If we're getting beyond that, there's a problem their end.

 

 

@Clive Langley, ask them to confirm the address they have for you, ESPECIALLY the postcode, as this is what the sorting machines read so as to send it to the right delivery office.

 

Are you receiving other mail as usual? I'm assuming you don't have a shared letterbox, such as apartment or flat might have?
