The guys an absolute hero, a national treasure! What he achieved is insane and he always seemed such a likeable and humble guy along the way.

I’ll add to this. I’ve been fortunate enough to do a lot of work with Chris, and have also cycled on the London velodrome track with him sitting right behind me and giving me advice. He’s not only an absolute legend in terms of his sporting accomplishments, but he’s also one of the most genuine, friendly people you can meet. It’s such a shame to hear this news.
