I don't get to as many away games as I'd like to, but Sheffield Wednesday away last season was bloody freezing

Genuinely had to ask the bloke next to me if my feet were still there at one point

I've probably played in a colder conditions than watched tbh but obviously you warm up, so over time it fades away

My non Leicester answer is a random Polish third tier game I watched last year. Was something like minus two, a complete blank sky of nothing, Kotwica Kornik, next to a lake with camp site thing. Literally went to the campsites WCs at half time to warm up and found three Polish lads from the away teams supporters in there having a cocktail of heroin and weed. The Kielbasa was the saving grace to watch a turgid 1-0 of a game.

You sure you were in Poland? Sounds like our changing room to be honest.

That was one of the lowest away turnouts in modern times.    It was quoted as 314 away fans.    I've never seen a lower quoted number for a competitive away match.

(the LCFC programme used to quote away attendances from about 2002, until some time ago.)

Saturday 3pm as well. Away support in general has absolutely boomed in the last decade. We would frequently only take 1,500 or so to games in the West Midlands. Unthinkable nowadays.

Yep.   Compare this to 2003-04 (Premier League, relegation season under Micky Adams).     Some of the grounds were smaller than today, and might not have given 3000 tickets ... but just compare the numbers:

Chelsea      (2) 2  Leicester C  (1) 1     41,000  (away: 1500)
Aston Villa  (3) 3  Leicester C  (0) 1     32,500  (away: 3000)

Blackpool 2008 i remember, relegation season. We didn't play well. In the open stand and if you remember blackpool at that didnt have a north stand either so you had the irish sea blowing into us. It was very cold.

Liverpool away 18-19

I remember that one, we almost had 'em but that Salah triple-hattrick did us in the end.
