Having to descend in the fog and rain looks eerily scary. The GC race will start towards the end of the stage so they won't be racing the descent at top speed.

Ineos saving their Tour with a mountain stage win with Arensman,  great ride by Onley finishing 6th. Pogacer and Vingegaard have an amazing rivalry which is just great to watch. Pogacer clearly has the stronger team.

Bit of a miscalculation by Alaphilippe the other day thinking he had won a stage but was infact a distant third behind an excellent Tim Wellens.

Mind you TBF the radio communication had broken and he was riding with a damaged shoulder after an earlier crash !

Mathieu van der Poel out of the tour with illness.

He’s an absolute machine and one of the greats.

But I’ll be honest, for years I’ve spent hours watching each stage live no matter how long or flat, yet this time around I’ve not even bothered with the highlights show at times

We need some serious competition for him but can’t see it happening for a good few years yet

The crazy thing is that if you took out Pogacar, people would be complaining that Vingegaard would be too dominant.

Both of them are miles beyond the next best riders, but ever since Vingegaard's last Tour win, there really has been no-one close to Pogacar - he's basically a favourite in ANY cycling race, which is pretty mind-blowing. The fact Pogacar is second in the green jersey standings says a lot!

Great ride by Oscar Onley giving him a chance of a possible podium finish.

Fantastic performance.

Pogacar just seemed so relaxed and untroubled by anything that gets thrown at him .
