City Fan Posted 23 December 2005 Posted 23 December 2005 Blades snap up Deane again Brian Deane has joined Sheffield United for the third time in his career on a deal until the end of the season. Manager Neil Warnock has targeted his forward line as an area to improve upon and sees the 37-year-old as an ideal foil to assist Neil Shipperley in the promotion run-in. The Blades chief is expected to add another striker in January but insists Deane will play an integral part in the club's hopes to rejoin the Premiership elite. "Even if we do sign another striker in the January transfer window, we feel that Brian, especially with his affinity to the club, will be useful to have around until the end of the season," Warnock told the club's official website. The former Leeds man will not be available for selection until 3 January.

Foxes 2 da grave Posted 26 December 2005 Posted 26 December 2005 we have every chance of beating them we did well against bolton and were very unlucky we did well against blackburn last season and beat charlton away so as long as the fans get behind the team we will give the players something to play for and thats the fans
