Maybe they’ll ask for a bigger allocation if it’s selling well 🤞🏻

That would be sensible - seems unlikely for our ticket office. Although Vish (former manager of the ticket office) has just moved to Arsenal so there's every hope things may change.

I've been 3 times and every time has been immense.

Nils-Eric Johansson 1-0 to keep us up.

Andy King 1-0 to get into the play-offs

Then the title winning game in 2024.

Not sure I want to ruin it by going to an early season match there.

I went those 3 games as well.  All really great days out and results.       I also went Deepdale on 4 other occasions, and strangely all those ended up 1-1 draws!

Great town though, and some excellent pubs.   Good folk, as well.

Think this may get quite a way down the priority ladder as we have Huddersfield, Preston and Charlton away one after the other people may pick and choose I'll be at Huddersfield and Charlton but not Preston.

Hopefully 2.9k is only an initial allocation and they open up the whole stand, especially with it being the first league away game of the season.

Let's have a repeat of last year's backing for the new manager.

How do people recommend getting there don't fancy driving and I really don't fancy going on Leicester City FC coaches any ideas?

Train tickets from Leicester:

Flexible off-peak return £84.70

Advance/pre-booked tickets £72

Split tickets (mix via Nuneaton and/or Birmingham) £59/60

1/3 off if you've got one of the many varieties of Railcards

Not a bad idea to be fair when I meant Leicester coaches I only meant the club. Do they have any private coaches?

Is that cheaper than private coaches if any?

Reckon it’ll make all ST?

Touch and go, people might fancy Charlton instead.

Also not sure if we're getting a full 6.5k allocation, if it sells quickly we just might.

I think it makes all ST personally though.

I’d have loved to go Charlton. Clashes with an event I’m taking my boy to in Liverpool. Bit gutted by that.

Ausden clark coaches..

£25 leaving king power at 10am.. they usually go straight to ground instead of having a 45-60 min stop like fox travel have..

Does look on the plan like we are only getting half the stand this year.

I think the whole end is normally available to away fans (should it be needed and/or asked for).

Preston don't sell any season tickets in the Bill Shankly Kop.  They don't even advertise match day prices for it.   I assume they only open it up for the home fans if there was sufficient demand ie if they expected all the other 3 stands to have pretty much sold out.

(willing to be corrected, but can't see anywhere on the PNE site where they anticipate selling home tickets for that stand?)

You are correct nothing on site to show they have any indication of selling it

Thing is, we don’t advertise or sell M block at KP until closer to the match.
