Anyone with a big following gets the full stand if they want it, unless your Blackpool.

Problem with selling block by block and with different priorities are people waiting to get tickets together or to get better blocks. Might make it seem like sales are slow but demand is there.

First away league game of the season, we really should be taking a decent amount.

Doesn’t sound like there’s going to be a further allocation.

I know quite a few who aren't buying because of the only block that's open, myself included.

Same here. Literally keep checking every couple of hours seeing if the next block opens. Is a regular theme for me with how we sell blocks for aways

So at this stage it looks like the allocation will stay at 2.9k, which also ties in with what I've heard. The selling order listed doesn't currently include the blocks further along the stand. This is the issue with people waiting for certain blocks to open, because it probably doesn't show a high enough demand for the existing blocks. That being said, as a side note, the club's own ticketing strategy for away games doesn't help matters at all.

I’m quite low down the pecking order as a ST holder on 170 points, but why the hell would you sell a crap block first!? How does that reward the loyal fans? Bonkers.

We think this makes tomorrow then?

I would expect that it is the home club that determines the orer in which blocks are sold,  as that helps with their potential costs. We might not be the best run club in the world but I am pretty certain we ask clubs to sell in the order M1 to M4.  Otherwise we would never have clubs returning tickets.

And the stand-off continues into a fourth day lol

Then with 10 seats left in the corner block after the member’s window, the club announce they are returning the other 2 unsold blocks to Preston, due to low sales.

The ground plan suggests blocks M and N haven’t opened up yet, and the selling order states that these two blocks will become available once L block is sold. So it should make tomorrow.

I've emailed Jim a few times over the years when waiting for a block to open, and they have opened it quite quickly in response. I'm not saying this is the correct way to run a business, but worth shooting an email off if you are waiting for a new block

Remarkable how slow it's selling regardless of their arrangements. I really wonder if all credit in the bank has been used up.

Home and the Police decide. Look at king power, how its N Block will is often handed back.

Preston want to be aware of how many staff they are needing to put on and how the police manage away supportereb

I meant away, as in the team we are playing away (in this case PNE), but yes actually correct to say home - the home club decide

Still should have sold out that block easily, sales seem slow for both aways so far.

I think plenty have just thrown the towel in. After last season, who can blame them. I’m trying to be optimistic with it being the championship and having Marti on board. If we get a few early results, I’d imagine aways will be harder to come by again.
