Happy Friday … 5km run number 3 completed of this months #ProstateUnited challenge, where I will run a 5km each and every day of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK

 

I am running as part of team Leicester City Football Club 🦊 

 

Thank you to everyone who has shared, posted messages of support and donated, helping me to raise over £1,200 already 😊

Well that is Run #4 completed of #ProstateUnited to raise much needed money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK this is a disease that affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes. 
 

I am running 5km each and every day of October as part of team Leicester City Football Club and so far have raised £1,250. Thank you to everyone who taken the time to share, post messages of support and donate.

Run #5 completed of @prostateunited and in true @LCFC #LCFC 🦊 fashion had to muster my inner Steve Walsh  & Wes Morgan as it was a tough one. 26 more to go this month please keep supporting, sharing & donating to this amazing cause raising money & awareness for @ProstateUK thanks for everyone who has supported and donated so far you are all legends 🦊😊💙

Run 6 complete and almost 20% of the way through this years Prostate United Challenge where I will run 5.25km per day and over 100 miles in the month of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.

Run 7 done and dusted of this years Prostate United Challenge, running 5.25km per day and over 100 miles in the month of October to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK. This disease affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes so anything raised will help with developing treatment and prevention.

Well done Steve, keep going for this fantastic cause

 

Guys, do you have any issues peeing, problem starting, stopping mid stream, or a weak flow. Do you need to pee more often especially at night? Dont be an ostrich, make an appointment to see your doctor, it could save your life.

Running 5.25km every day throughout October as part of Team Leicester City 🦊 for this year’s Prostate United Challenge, covering over 100 miles in total to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK 💙🖤

 

I’ve now raised an amazing £1,690 so far — thank you so much to everyone who’s supported, shared, and donated. It really does mean a lot and makes such a difference 🙌
