🏁 The Finish Line Is in Sight! 💙

I’m down to the final 3 runs of my Prostate United Challenge 2025, running 5.25km every single day throughout October to raise funds and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.

So far, I’ve completed 28 of 31 runs, clocked up over 145km, and raised an incredible £3,500 for this amazing cause 🙌

This challenge means a lot to me — 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime, and every run is my small way of helping to make a difference.

As I head into the final stretch, I’d really appreciate your support:

💙 Give this post a like or share to spread the word

💙 Leave a message of encouragement

💙 And if you can, please donate to my page below 👇

And then there was only 2 more left ……run 29 complete of Prostate United challenge, running 5.25km each and every day throughout the month of October as part of team Leicester City 🦊 to help raise much needed money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK 🖤💙

Another couple of milestones as I have now smashed through the 150km mark whilst also raising over £3,500 for this amazing cause.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes, so please anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated and help towards increased screening and testing, developing new treatments and hopefully preventative measures.

Thanks to everyone who has supported and donated so far and please keep the shares and messages coming as it helps spread the word.

If you wish to donate please click the link below, my final run is on Friday and will be a really special one so please keep an eye out.

🏁 Day 31 — The Final Run! 💙

And just like that… today marks the 31st and final run of this year’s Prostate United Challenge!

30 runs completed

🏃‍♂️ 158.7 km covered

💷 £3,600 raised (and counting!)

It’s been an incredible month of early mornings, tired legs, and huge motivation — all for a truly amazing cause: Prostate Cancer UK.

And today, this challenge concludes with something really special — an absolutely fantastic run at an incredible location that will be an unreal way to finish off this journey of running 5.25km every single day throughout October 💪

A massive thank you to everyone who’s donated, shared, encouraged, or supported along the way — it’s meant the world and kept me going each day 🙌

To say you are amazing , fantastic, legend etc does not do you justice.

Final league table of Prostate United is in… and I’m incredibly proud to have finished in this year’s Top 10 individual fundraisers, raising £4,160 for Prostate Cancer UK. 🖤💙

This challenge means a huge amount to me, and looking back over the last three years, I’m blown away that I have managed to raise over £13,000 for such a vital cause.

A huge thank you to Leicester City Football Club for their unbelievable support throughout this journey — and to the fantastic LCFC fanbase, who have been nothing short of incredible. Your generosity, encouragement and kindness have played such a massive part in making this possible. 💙🦊

To every single person who has liked, shared, supported, encouraged and donated — thank you. Your belief and generosity genuinely mean the world.

Here’s to continuing the fight, raising awareness and doing everything we can to support those affected by prostate cancer. 🖤💙

That is a fantastic amount to have raised, you are just amazing.

As a prostate cancer sufferer I am so grateful to you and all the other people going through pain and suffering to raise funds for this cause. I will not be the only City supporter that will be suffering this awful disease, and I am sure they, and myself, will all be so so grateful for your unselfishness in doing this again this year.

Words just dont seem enough to say thank you

Me too and I have a nephew who's about have his prostate removed. When I was having my radiotherapy they were installing an extra machine so you can see how every penny raised frees up NHS money for improvements.

One of my brothers is getting his prostate removed on Saturday and another is awaiting his biopsy result. Prostate cancer is a huge problem, and need funds to try to find a cure
