Palaces wage budget will be around 3x that of Rayo Vallecano. The gap between England's mid table clubs and the rest of Europe's is insane.

Brighton will probably win this next season too 

Although Monaco and Atalanta are in it I think.

English teams should really be reaching finals of Europa League and Conference League to be fair. Personally, I don't think the top 4 European countries in the co-effecients should have a spot in the conference league.
