Leicester in Japan?

My family member spotted these plane behind theirs.

 

Can anyone shed light on this...

 

As I'm based in Japan and if thereis a chance to see them.....

I believe the A320-216 Leicester City Livery is just part of Thai Air Asia's fleet and used as a regular charter. It's a commemorative livery to mark KP's short lived involvement with Asia Aviation, as it ended up selling its shares back to Asia Aviation a year or so after we won the title. 

 

TL:DR, seems like Thai Air just haven't bothered to change it back. Probably a decent bit of marketing for them for this very reason.

It's Rudder's private jet he uses for scouting missions. 

 

Apparently he likes to ride in the cockpit  and there's always confusion when the pilots are asking for left or right Rudder.
