If there is anything that will unite the fanbase to take action against the board it would be Vardy saying it publicly.

Do you think Vardy one day will sit down with Sky or TNT to highlight the problems at the club? We know for a fact Vardy knows all the issues upstairs.

When they have paid him Millions and millions of pounds ? Jeeze. I’ve heard it all now.

Why would he want to get involved?

If there was any player you could attribute to the label "Mr. Leicester City" it would be him.

He loves the club dearly and so do his children, he isn't someone to shy away from the truth either.

Fan favourite sure, but he also isn’t about to burn those bridges. This is a now issue, nothing to do with Jamie, we need to live through this, not him.

He's under no current financial contract or obligation with the club now. He's a Cremonese player.

This is a very small industry so pissing in any pool causes ripples. So no, I do not believe he ever will.

Absolutely and like lots of the 2016 heroes many must be looking at what’s going on and be saddened by the mess we are in.

The lack of any of that era apart from Kingy being connected to us is shambolic - be it in coaching, scouting or even bloody PR says it all really.

if you see or hear the likes of Albrighton you can tell it’s a shambles but it’s just bloody sad !

What's in it for him then? Unless there is a story that pays in top wedge then i strongy doubt it. I doubt any media is paying big for a story about Leicesters ownership right now.

And ive always felt he held the ownership in pretty good regard.

I bet he fully loves the ownership.

Of course he does, it’s positively weird to think he wouldn’t.

Im sure he is well aware to differentiate Vichai from Top.

Top being a beneficiary of everything Vichai created, then going on to destroy his father's legacy.

If Vardy knows about dodgy stuff etc then the only way it comes out would be when he's retired and needs some more money so does a book.

By which point either Top will be gone or the club will be gone so it will be null and void.

Jamie and the players were clearly part of those good times, along with Vichai and Top, and as much as we love to separate them in our mind as fans, Vichi and Top, it’s a bit silly really, as slamming Top will inherently diminish the family, and I doubt anyone from those times wishes to do this.

Mate we finished 12th and then 9th the seasons after winning the league when he was alive…

we then finished 9th, 5th and 5th when he wasn’t alive and won an FA cup.

nothing lasts forever, it is cycles….

we will be back one day.

Top has singlehandedly allowed Aston Villa to replace us.

And you think they will stay there forever? Or as I suggested by cycles, in the next 2 or 3 years they will be in decline.

This exactly. We’ve gone from telling other fans that they should be boycotting matches, by fans who don’t attend anyway, to telling our Goat, who he should and shouldn’t be friends with. We have a worrying number of control freaks on here.

Pretty sure Emery and the Villa board had a little something to do with it.

Emery was available, but we clung onto Rodgers and they sacked Gerrard.

Thats the difference, our hierarchy are passive.

Hindsight judgements are not in any way valuable you know. It’s the easiest thing in the world to be right after the fact.

It's the fan base needs to take action not a former player no matter how he may or may not feel, the owners of clubs he may want to go to wouldn't touch any player who goes against one of their own.

It's our club, our team being trashed, but if the majority are not bothered - as they clearly aren't - why should he be?
