Didn't sky ignore the plane last season when TNT & everyone else shown it? They'll probably just focus on the pitch for 90 minuted and dub some crowd noise in.

It was suspected the club had something to do with that to mute the dissent. I could imagine something similar on Monday as they will 100% be aware of this and want to quash it.

Pretty sure that KP managed to influence Sky not to show the plane last season.

Not much they can do though when there are hundreds or thousands of empty seats visible to everyone watching on TV. They can't quash people not turning up, as that decision is down to the individual.

Is this osvaldo ( spelling) who organised the van outside Freeman's common last year?

If it is then can I suggest we put him forward for the new year's honours list

You do know you can have laughs with your mates away from the stadium. Each to their own though

Of course you're right and I do respect all fans, who go or don't, we're an LCFC family. Me though and a few friends feel like being at the games regardless. Not happy clapping but being present.

Make the most of whilst you can then - if things carry on as there are there won't be a club to support soon!

That’s a shame pal

It’s just one game. Take the hit. Stay warm. Save some £

So difficult to explain a feeling. But each of us need to stand by the reality of them. Warmth and money come and go and we all take hits on a daily basis.

I think this boycott is a good first stage strategy within the fans protest,  but without understanding tops true intention and until the points deduction, it's impact is questionable. And could be nullified should we play ok and win. LCFC often often do the last thing expected.

Top has no intention. I think that’s the point of the boycott

This is where everyone needs to stick together. Fight for what is right. Keep away at the Sky games especially if in the stands where the cameras can see.

The fan on Radio Leicester has done an excellent job of explaining the feeling, the concerns and the reason why a genuine fan should want to take action now. Well done to him.

I wonder if anyone is here from self proclaimed, Leicester Fan Tv - the post a few days ago having a go at UFS - no explanation, no reason for why Top will change it. No reason why after years it will be different. I strongly suggest if you’re part of that channel or part of the supporters group or just Toppy fan, you listen to this. Articulate, well informed assessment not just insults and violence like we see from your side.

Sweeping streets or CEOing a multinational we all have intentions. I'm frustrated by Tops lack of openess, I don't understand my Mrs sometimes, my boss can be a dick. That's life. Point is you can only complain so much before it changes you as a person. Where's the point in that?

I don't think it matters if sky see it or not. Or if KP lie about the attendance.  Those there will know. The players and manager and club staff will know.

.This I'm afraid is the problem with so many City fans. They can't see past the next result. It's not new. I think a sizeable portion have always been like that. Im old enough to remember the Pleat protests. It was the same then.

At the risk of sounding incredibly patronising, as I often tell my kids,. sometimes in life you gotta do things that you just don't want to do.

This is not a have to do situation just because you think it is. And I remember Pleat doing a decent job 87-88. Granted it wasn't so good on his return. Do you still react the same way with different owners 40yrs on?

It's an odd reply matey. What's pleat's excellent opening 6 months got to do with anything?

Secondly, nothing is a 'have to do'. The question of what has to be done is an individual choice. You've already answered it. You prefer not to interrupt

the craic with your mates.  And we 'might' win, taking us from 13th to 11th.

I think it's a bit short sighted and, even a bit selfish. I guess you don't. C'est la vie.

I agree with you on that point, if you want to boycott, brilliant  ( I'm not going on Monday  I'll have the match on in the background) and if you want to go then brilliant also. You've paid your money, you makes your choice.

No one should feel pressured in to boycotting, and those that go are no less of a fan than than those who have chosen to stay away.

We may not agree with the  KPFC / Tops fan clubs view, ( Much in the same way as they don't agree with our standpoint)  but it's their views non the less.

I do venomously disagree with the acts of violence by some of "KPFC' towards the more vocal fans making their displeasure with regards to Top and KP known.

This is something that really need to be brought to the media's attention and the club's

Hold on, how his he being selfish?

Just because his actions differ from yours and has chosen to go and you have made the decision to stay away.

What makes your a decision the "correct", less selfish and short sightedness one?

Calm down love.

I was expressing an opinion. Never claimed it to be correct. I mean, obvs I think it's correct, but have the capacity to understand he (and you and others) don't. It's kinda how things work.

Anyone fancy putting a pole up to see how many on here are boycotting. Numbers will be low regardless due to minus temperatures, Monday night football, schools are back etc etc. be interesting to see actual numbers. A lot of members do not comment due to the tit for tat comments constantly. They may be more prone to tick a yes no box. I don’t know how to do one myself

They're quite easy. You get two boxes. One for yes if you're happy and one for no if you're unhappy. You just have to put a tick in the box.

Unless the question being asked is...

"Are you unhappy...?"
