Possibly, yes. Not fully clued up on that if im honest mate. 

 

Put it this way, our TG costs didnt go against us for FFP...

There was a dispute between Everton and the premier league about how the interest on the loan for the stadium should be dealt with but the premier league didn’t pursue it after an Everton appeal 

 

Everton was done on two occasions for being £19.5 million and £16.3 Million over the £105 million rolling 3 season limit
