I dont think even a new boss would be able to work miracles in that short space of time with some 'crucial' players out for that game. Wednesday beat Crewe at home, quite comfortably whereas we could only scrape a draw with them. Everyones coming into form at the same time. Im having nightmares!

He can still turn the game in an instance. He has the ability to create something from nothing and get you a goal. We need him.

I'm not Dion's biggest fan but he and Hughes were our best players today. Stearman and McCarthy too made some timely interceptions and good tackles. Smith struggled against a quick full back who stayed on his feet.
