syston_fox Posted 6 January 2006 Share Posted 6 January 2006 Leicester's Patrick Gerrbrand (hamstring) remains an injury doubt having missed the last two matches. The Foxes are waiting on the fitness of Patrick Kisnorbo (hamstring), while Momo Sylla is suspended. Tottenham's Mido and Nourredine Naybet are at the African Nations Cup and Edgar Davids (ankle), Andy Reid (knee) and Ledley King (groin) are missing. Lee Young-Pyo is a doubt and Teemu Taino has a fever but Grzegorz Rasiak is set to start in attack Looks like it could be a slightly weakened Spuds team with some of the bigger names missing. They have some quality players as back up though but at least with people like Mido and the main playmaker, Davids, out, we might not be too badly humiliated! Ricey Posted 6 January 2006 Share Posted 6 January 2006 I'd of loved to have seen Davids play against us but I guess our chances of winning are increased without him.

London_Fox Posted 7 January 2006 Share Posted 7 January 2006 I read that they had up to 7 first team players missing...they'll still be better then us man for man in every position I guess but hopefully it will give the boys a boost to see some of the really big names missing...this is how upsets are caused! We should all hope that there aren't too many big shocks today in the cup and that will just add pressure on to Spurs!

They's have the useless pairing of Defoe and Keane up front then...
