Free Falling Foxes Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 My wife popped in the City shop at the Walkers and said a match poster had 'Sold-Out' over it. She didn't notice which match it was and there's nothing on the website. I presume it's Derby or Leeds but find it surprising if thats the case. More likely it's for the Tigers match. Anyone know?
Rugby Fox Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 they only have a small allocation of over 600 tickets but at least we are taking a full allocation
Free Falling Foxes Posted 6 February 2006 Author Posted 6 February 2006 Bloody 'ell. I wasn't thinking of away games - a six-pointer as well! I'll find out where a Danish cartoonist is hiding - and join him.
Tommeh Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 I got one of the last few tickets 800 i think is the amount we're taking

Bluefoxtim Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Isn't it just an old athletics track with a few seats aorund the edge? Imagine Saffron Lane sports track with the stand the whole way round
lcfcking Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 I went down to get a ticket, none left. Would have been a great atmosphere and the chance to see a third successive victory.

Cat Burger Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Maybe it was something to do with Joey Gudjonsson?
Head Honcho Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 Isn't it just an old athletics track with a few seats aorund the edge? Imagine Saffron Lane sports track with the stand the whole way round It's still better then The Newport Stadium, where I'll be freezing my knackers off tomorrow night for the Cambridge City game.

Bob666 Posted 6 February 2006 Posted 6 February 2006 I was hoping to get a ticket - tried the BHFC but was told to submit a postal application (not sure which season they thought LCFC & Brighton would be playing in the same league again)..........Having seen the view, it may be easier to shin up one of the near by trees with a telescope.

Fox4ever Posted 7 February 2006 Posted 7 February 2006 It looks like there's only one goal, or is the other one over the horizon? You forgot to mention that the away stand is made of scaffolding poles and planks, with access through a plastic sheet tunnel. Can't make this one but word of warning don't jump up and down when we score. Take some binoculars if you want to see goals scored at the other end.
