2 questions, this mgiht be obvious and I'm being stupid, but what are Dec's? :P

Declerations is correct a mondo!

Basically there will be an X amount of horses entered in a race, where owners/trainers have up to 48 hours before a race to declare if its running or not, and pay a fee to enter the horse, if they enter the horse and pay the fee, and withdraw it after the decs are confirmed they don't get there fee back.

I believe the horse has been declared but according to sources the consortium its owned by have accepted a £1 million fee for it from another stable!!

To enable you to get best odds available, ill release it tomorrow, but it should be running in the 4:15 Lingfield Saturday (Derby Trials)

Ha just did this exact same thing on live betting, just as barca went 2-1 down, put a quid on the accumulator, total potential returns of 104 quid ;)

I always bet on the ones that dont come up.

Unfortunately Butler (the trainer) isn't going to run it (Silver Pivatol) because of the bid they have accepted for it, they don't want to risk it getting injured
