Every month he demands ANOTHER high profile player and is prepared to pay for it. I came in here to say the same thing. It does get really annoying. My squad is fine and bringing in another high profile player will just feck up my team morale.

I've got some amazing players not playing and people like Chambers and Mattock were really improving last season. Now they're refusing to go out on loan and not getting first team football because I've got to accomodate my high profile players.

My team currently is Henderson Maybury Kenton Stearman Nils Yeates Hughes Kisnorbo Brunt Cadamateri Anichebe So many players out injured it's unreal. Although Kisnorbo doing a great job in midfield.

Jarret is always poor for me and doesn't get to the team anymore. Billy Sharp is quality, when I had him he always got around 19 a season.

Billy Sharp is quality, when I had him he always got around 19 a season. I stuck Levi in pre-season and he played well, so i stuck him in for the first game and he scored. He's just improved ever since. I rotate between Jarrett, Hughes and King and surprisingly King has had the best season Scored more goals and got more assists than both, despite playing less games. Sharp has scored 7 in 9 for me, only problem is that he keeps picking up injuries.

There were loads of clubs interested, prem clubs, and i would never have got them. I tried getting them on pre-contract deals but the compensation would have been more than the fee.

The managers decsion to change the 4-4-2 formation for a new formation, 4-4-2 really payed off Yeah I had a cracker on my Mansfield game, on a bit of bad run mid table in League One and the fans get on my back for persistanly playing 4-4-2, switch it to 4-3-3 for one game and I get the fans on my back for persistantly playing 4-3-3 <_<
