lookwhaticando Posted 21 October 2006 Author Posted 21 October 2006 Welcome back, James Wesolowski! Hope you get some time this afternoon. City: Logan, Stearman, McAuley, Kisnorbo, Johansson, Low, Hughes, Tiatto, Welsh, Hume, Hammond. Subs: Henderson, Sylla, Maybury, O'Grady, Wesolowski. Just the one change - Tiatto into the middle and Welsh on the left. Surprise factor: 0.
Steven Posted 21 October 2006 Posted 21 October 2006 From the OS. One Change For FoxesRob Kelly makes one enforced change to his staring line up for the Championship fixture against Crystal Palace at the Walkers Stadium. In comes Andy Welsh for Gareth Williams, who limped out of Tuesday night's 2-1 victory over Leeds United with an ankle injury. Welsh makes his second appearance for the Foxes since making the loan move from Sunderland on Monday - having replaced Williams as a first half substitute at Elland Road. Conrad Logan continues in goal, with a defence of Richard Stearman, Gareth McAuley, Patrick Kisnorbo and Nils-Eric Johansson playing in front of him. Josh Low, Stephen Hughes, Danny Tiatto and Welsh line up across the midfield from right to left, with Elvis Hammond and the in-form Iain Hume making up the Leicester attack. Former Fox James Scowcroft failed a late fitness test and has therefore not made the Palace line up. City: Logan, Stearman, McAuley, Kisnorbo, Johansson, Low, Hughes, Tiatto, Welsh, Hume, Hammond. Subs: Henderson, Sylla, Maybury, O'Grady, Wesolowski. Palace: Kiraly, Lawrence, Cort, Ward, Borrowdale, Reich, Fletcher, Soares, Kennedy, Morrison, Kuqi. Subs: Hudson, Freedman, Speroni, Watson, Green.
lookwhaticando Posted 21 October 2006 Author Posted 21 October 2006 Whoever it was that said O'Grady was injured must have been talking out his buttocks. Perhaps it's a mild knock, but it's not the 'injury' we were being warned of. Better luck next time though.
Suffolk_fox Posted 21 October 2006 Posted 21 October 2006 And before anyone asks... Link Let's all 'ave a disco, Lets all 'ave a disco....
lookwhaticando Posted 21 October 2006 Author Posted 21 October 2006 And before anyone asks... Link Let's all 'ave a disco, Lets all 'ave a disco.... I'm 'avin' some of that, Suffolk.    You do realize, Suffolk, that in the absence of most of FoxesTalk's members today, you're going to have to ramp up your efforts for this particular game.

Finnegan Posted 21 October 2006 Posted 21 October 2006 Is it just me or is neither the Palace or City audio up yet? I appreciate it's 20 minutes early but it's normally pre-match by now. I can listen to Pompey / Chelsea (random game I tried as an experiment) but no City.

lookwhaticando Posted 21 October 2006 Author Posted 21 October 2006 I try to limit my exposure to Barbarella/Barberossa/Baabaa/Barber as much as possible, so I tune in at around kickoff. City commentary is working for me from the MatchLive console now.
cisono Posted 21 October 2006 Posted 21 October 2006 Strange turn of events... my man and my brother have gone to the match, but I have been left here at home.
Finnegan Posted 21 October 2006 Posted 21 October 2006 Strange turn of events... my man and my brother have gone to the match, but I have been left here at home. As it should be, the man goes to the football, the woman stays home to clean.
