FA Cup 1st Round Draw

Did anyone see this? Trevor Brooking nearly managed to cock it all up when he misheard one of the numbers being called out! Although I suppose that's to be expected, he does work for the FA.

And why the fock did they have Neil Back and Will Greenwood doing the draw? They have nothing to do with football. :dunno:

Anyway, here's the full draw

Northwich have been drawn away to Brighton, so that should give Louis Dodds a chance to test himself against League opposition. Be interesting to see how he does.

And one last thing - COME ON YEADING!!! :D:banana::scarf:

greenwood said 3 and brooking thought he said 53. greenwood tried to make a wise crack now and again and made silly facial expressions, brooking looked like a footballer trying to present.

I don't think he's eligible, he didn't play in todays win anyway.

Just in case we need him for the FA Cup.

I can't see us denying him permission to play. We've got plenty of strikers and he desperately needs to be tested against league opposition.

But if Fryatt breaks down again and the opposition kick lumps out of Huuuuuuuuume (which wouldn't suprise me tbh) then we'd be left with Elvis and COG. It'd be good then to keep Dodds available as an option to us :)

Why Lincoln? there a decent side.

Because they wanted to get knocked out in a slightly less embarrassing way so they can concentrate on the league. :P

I am going to follow Salisbury vs Fleetwood in the 1st round, and then I shall follow the winner in TPH-esque style until I eventually end up watching them lose in the final against City :P:jump:
