Ric Flair Posted 14 November 2006 Share Posted 14 November 2006 Here's one for the statto's. Leicester City have never lost a match that Iain Hume has scored in. Quite impressive really. 17 goals for us so far, in which we've won 8 of those games and drawn 7 (he scored twice in 2 games for us). So if Hume scores, get on the on-line bookies and back us not to lose.

lcfc_jme Posted 14 November 2006 Share Posted 14 November 2006 Huuume is great. We will remain unbeaten in any game he scores in. I know it for a fact. Maybe we should ensure he scores in every game so we never lose

Fez of Mahrez Posted 15 November 2006 Share Posted 15 November 2006 Maybe it means he only scores when we are playing well. Maybe. Or maybe we only play well when he plays well. Either way, we could do with one or two more with his energy and commitment in midfield.
Ric Flair Posted 15 November 2006 Author Share Posted 15 November 2006 It's an interesting stat but it doesn't mean anything about him as a player. If I said his favourite band member of Goldie Lookin Chain was Love Eggs would that give us any insight in to what he's like as a player? I think it might. The People's Hero Posted 15 November 2006 Share Posted 15 November 2006 I've heard the best day of his life was when Janet Jackson exposed her ugly tit. Factamundo, factoid, fact, factagogo, factissimo (for Cisono).
Louise Posted 15 November 2006 Share Posted 15 November 2006 Compare that to our other strikers records: Fryatt - Wins: 4 Draws: 1 Losses: 3 Hammond - Wins: 3 Draws: 1 Losses: 2 O'Grady - Wins: 2 Draws: 0 Losses:
cisono Posted 15 November 2006 Share Posted 15 November 2006 Huuume is great. We will remain unbeaten in any game he scores in. I know it for a fact. Maybe we should ensure he scores in every game so we never lose In order to do that, we first have to make sure he plays every game (which is not such an obvious certainty as it ought to be...) Louise Posted 15 November 2006 Share Posted 15 November 2006 Humey played 86 minutes for Canada in their 1-0 defeat away to Hungary. Sounds like he had a lively time though: Canadian Forward Iain Hume set the pace for Canada early by taking charge of the offence. Canada was quickly awarded two free kicks at the 9th and 13th minutes and Hume was given the task on both occasions. His second attempt, from just outside the box, came the closest as it was tipped over the bar by the Hungarian goalkeeper, Zoltin Vegh. Hume then followed up with a header on the ensuing corner that barely missed the mark........Canada tried to equalize before the half time whistle when Hume made a fabulous pass that landed in the penalty spot but no Canuck was available to capitalize on the play... ...Canada continued its quest for an equalizer when Hume fooled his Hungarian marker on the left hand flank. Hume then crossed it in perfectly to Radzinski. However, the Canadian captain could not capitalize on the golden opportunity to tie the game and unfortunately blew his shot over the bar.... ...Hume was given a well deserved break at the 86th minute when Hart decided to give Andrzej Ornoch a crack at the big time and his first cap for Canada. http://www.canadasoccer.com/eng/media/view...p?Press_ID=2583
