Tommeh Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 1) Spurs just an amizing night 2) Brighton - so important as they were down there with us and if we'd have lost they'd be back in with a chance of surviving 3) Palace 2-0 at home - great night against a team going for the prem, confirmed our survival
Maybes Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Hereford 1-3 Leicester Was a great atmosphere that night, and the old terraces made it all the more fun. Millwall 0-1 Leicester First away win for a long time made the trip worthwhile Leeds 1-2 Leicester Another away win at dirty leeds. Just becuase its leeds at the atmosphere was good. Simi Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 3-2 agasint QPR 3-2 Against Spurs 3-2 agaisnt the Saints All of these three games were very entertaining and also had some sort of a meaning on our season
lookwhaticando Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Agree with Ched on this one. QPR was a vital result. Spurs was a thrilling game and it proved we could be good if we wanted to (or Spurs were shit and not really worthy of 4th place in the Prem - either way it was enjoyable!) Saints was an incredible game to listen to. Had my on edge for most of the match.
Brummie-FOX Posted 22 November 2006 Author Share Posted 22 November 2006 We always seem to lose and win a lot of games 3-2, as Maybes kind of points out.

Finnegan Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Scoweh nailed it, really. Best game might have been Spurs, but as a result - who cares? The league was far more important at the time, so I'd say QPR was the best result.

Wils Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Away at Brighton was a massive win last season, either go six points clear or level with them, and the QPR game was massive.
Thracian Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Spurs cuptie. Cracking recovery, cracking atmosphere. Good example of what we were capable of once we decided to attack the game.
00rawat Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Mine has got be the spurs game 3-2 leicester ,plus it was on match of the day. That was the best game that i have seen Mark De Vries play.
The Man Who Would Be King Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 its between leicester 3-2 spurs great night, what a comeback. Unbelievable game. hereford 1-3 leicester After such a long drive, and trekking through awful goddam country roads to get there just before K/O and have such a good atmosphere was great. Plus the fact that it was at such a 'tradtional' ground. QPR 2 -3 Leicester Such an important game, which helped us so much in the relegation battle. brilliant! OriginalRobboFOX Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 TBF the villa game reminded me of the MON league cup games, always the underdogs but we always did it and the Villa game was so nearly another one too, we never looked out of it until Josh Low decided he could put good crosses in afterall..... Guest Gist Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 Reading at home, played the best team in the division off the park and proved we could compete with the best teams in this division when we wanted to shame they got that late equaliser. lildave3 Posted 22 November 2006 Share Posted 22 November 2006 In terms of Importance, definately QPR away. That win made our season (2nd half). We might not be in this division if we'd have lost that, and the way we won it aswell was great.
