JoeyB Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 sorry didnt know where else to put it *Try General Sport *
Phube Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 sorry didnt know where else to put it What about "General Football and Sport"??
Floating Fox Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Tim Howard is also a quality keeper but i voted for cech
DaveyJ Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Cech, he's a class above everyone else. After him comes VDS, Jaaskelinan, Given, maybe even Cudicini (certainly if he were playing every week), and theres probably some others.
Jay Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 a goalkeeper is only as good as the players infront of him!! would Cech look so good if he was playing for Sheff Utd? I somehow doubt it myself
Mikey Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Cech looks the best. But my vote has to go to Given. What a legend he is
MC Prussian Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 I agree with the above posts, and I say Kirkland is the most talented keeper in the Prem these days.
Tommeh Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Given by a mile, he saves newcastle every game
Simon Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Shay Given- no contest. Van Der Saar and Cech shortly afterwards.
Guest Gist Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 I think it's too hard to chose between them.
Joe. Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Definitely either Cech or Jasskelainen. I voted Cech because I think he just edges it for me. Even though Chelsea have a good defence Cech is still always there to pull of some quality saves at times If it weren't for Jasskelainen, Bolton would not be so high up in the table. He keeps them in games so many times and rarely makes mistakes. World class keeper.
lildave3 Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Paddy Kenny is as good as anyone. I hope that was sarcasm coming out there. He's nowhere near as good as at least 10 keepers in the prem.
De Vries The King Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Van der Sar definately second for me! Lehmann is awful I don't rate him at all so how the hell has he got more votes than van der sar???
Manwell Pablo Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Paddy Kenny is as good as anyone. Paddy Kenny is a dodgy Fat Basterd. Have to go for Shaymus Given.
lildave3 Posted 26 November 2006 Posted 26 November 2006 Van der Sar definately second for me! Lehmann is awful I don't rate him at all so how the hell has he got more votes than van der sar??? Sometimes Lehmann is a good keeper, he's just too temperamental for me. Still annoyed the way he went down when he and Sir Les squared up at the Walkers
BartonFox Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Petr Cech, hands down no question. Shay Given is right behind him though.
The People's Hero Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Paddy Kenny is as good as anyone.
Samu Posted 27 November 2006 Posted 27 November 2006 Couldn't class them as the best just yet but Ben Foster and Scott Carsen look like damn fine keepers. In fact there is a lot of class keepers at the moment in the Premiership.
