MC Prussian Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Looking at the bright side of life: Hinckley won 1-0. Forest lost 5-0.
Stevosevic Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Connolly would bloody score, wouldn't he? hes a good player against a poor defence, what do you expect?
Leicfox Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Thought we were supposed to be at home ? Fooking absolute shite. Kelly has got to go. Daggers Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 ...Fooking absolute shite. Kelly has got to go. I have been saying it almost all bloody season - tactically inept, managerially naive. Nice bloke, well done, now **** off!
lookwhaticando Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 What beats me is the Levein-esque rotation of the team today. Six changes! Three of them in the back four! If we're going to be rotating the players around like that again, we'll quickly fall down the league. McAuley wasn't just dropped, he didn't even make the squad. Nor did Johansson. What was that all about? I think the only positive change we made in the playing staff today would be Wesolowski coming in for Tiatto. Other changes were indifferent at best.
Ajax Treesdown Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Kelly does it the Levein way. LCFC are Levein-esque right now.

That squad was a recipe for disaster! I think it was get Danny Cadamarteri in the squad at all costs and unfortunately is was costly for us
Ajax Treesdown Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 KELLY OUT!!! Gutless, pathetic, weak, unmotivated...........just some words to describe us now. Board out, Kelly out, Birchenall Out, and most of the players. Appalling.

I don't know if they were all cr*p at Southampton or just knackered, but it really isn't good for the team. Why bring in O'Grady, I don't understand. O'Grady hasn't been anywhere near the team for a long time now and suddenly he's starting. Seems like the changes of a desperate man.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 I have been saying it almost all bloody season - tactically inept, managerially naive. Nice bloke, well done, now **** off! Dave is being modest - he's really #1 ticket holder of the Rob Kelly fan club.
dandannieldanok Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Disgrace. Kelly is a clueless tw*t. If it wasn't for Hendo the score would have reflected Sunderland's dominance. Cadamarteri sounded positive on the wing though.
lookwhaticando Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 That squad was a recipe for disaster! I think it was get Danny Cadamarteri in the squad at all costs and unfortunately is was costly for us I didn't mind Danny making the squad. That didn't bother me. We signed him, I'd rather we got something out of him - unlike say, Brevett last season who managed just 5 minutes in 3 months. Why oh why oh why we went for such wholesale changes up front as well as at the back... oh boy. Why O'Grady? Why not Hammond? Or even Danny to start? O'Grady hasn't played for us (has he played any football at all?) for months. Fryatt's making his first start in months - but at least he's played some recently. At least with Hammond up front there'd have been some familiarity - when was the last time Fryatt and O'Grady played together? I give up.
DanTheFoxBhoy Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Bloke on the moan-in has got a point, the ground is sterile
He's not bald Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 I am disgusted with what I saw this afternoon, that team (I use the word losely) are a disgrace! Sunderland were shite and we made them look good, there is no passion whatsoever Rob Kelly should piss off and take all his lame ducks with him they are a shambles and not fit to wear the shirts..I didn't think it could get any worse after Saturday but it did..that's over 3 hours of football without a single shot on target...PATHETIC

O'grady is a useless lightweight, an anorexic pensioner could have pushed him off the ball
The Stig Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 No passion, no pride, no comitment, no heart, no guts. I've supported RK this season, however hes losing my support rapidly. We need to start going at teams, more attacking football, RK just doesn't seem to be doing that, his tactics today were terrible, there was always someone unmarked, set peices were terrible, bringing on the new guy was a terrible decision. If I were the board, i'd give him until the end of the month to sort it, if not he has to go.
rich1409 Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 Kelly is a shite manager, brings in awful players (Johnson, Cadamateri, Low). The players are useless, don't care about the club, McCarthy is one of the worst players I've ever seen, Stearman doesn't know how to pass along the floor and has no positional sense, Williams is lazy, we have no bite in midfield, and our attack is chronic, O'Grady and Hammond would only just get in a League 1 team, and I don't know what has happened to Fryatt.

Coxy Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 O'grady is a useless lightweight, an anorexic pensioner could have pushed him off the ball And he's the strongest on the squad looking at it
JoeyB Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 cadamateri looked prety good today, he might not be match fit or sharpe but i think he looked good and willing to play he kept things simple and effective and he played some good balls
lookwhaticando Posted 1 January 2007 Posted 1 January 2007 And he's the strongest on the squad looking at it Danny C could floor him. Easy. Danny should start against Fulham. Discuss.
