Mort Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 With Lerner and Martin at Villa No... on the point about the prem, probably with the MM investment, it'll take a season or three, a new manager and significant turnover in playing and coaching staff but its possible... cant see how the club will finish above Villa (maybe if Ellis and O'Leary where still there... but not now).

He doesn't even support them, just has some kind of obsession with them at the moment. I think they've gone a bit dry myself.

O'Neill is a great manager undoubtedly, but that would require a miracle surely.

lildave3 Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 Villa will go on and improve and improve from now on with MON and Lerner in charge. At the minute, MON is playing with O'Leary's squad, as soon as he brings people in with Lerners money they will fly up the table.
