filbertway Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 I reckon Luton can snatch a draw from this then probably get battered at ewood park, I'm gona go for 1-1.

Leicester Lass Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 its so easy. luton are crap. What a poor game though
MC Prussian Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 The Burn 3-0 up now. Matt Derbyshire all over the place.
Magictv Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Well that was a good goal. Why does he have Gamst on his back? isn't that his middle name?
MC Prussian Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Well that was a good goal. Why does he have Gamst on his back? isn't that his middle name? Kind of a spoof on Brazilians.
Filbert_Ross Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Well that was a good goal. Why does he have Gamst on his back? isn't that his middle name? gamst is his mothers maiden name.
MC Prussian Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Well, there goes Luton. As long as they maintain that form during the last stretch in the Championship, it's all right with me. Not that I compare our squad with Blackburn's.
lcfc_jme Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Well Luton looked poor in this game. Their defense is slow, and they aren't exactly awesome going forward. Which means that they'll probably batter us next week. This result was probably the best part about today for our club as it could shatter any confidence Luton had, and send them into the game against us in worse form.
lildave3 Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Luton took a spanking, probably come back and bite us in the arse next week. That's what happens when you sell all your best players though.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Luton took a spanking, probably come back and bite us in the arse next week. That's what happens when you sell all your best players though. I think Luton's friendly neighbours Watford might have a word or two to say about that...
lcfc_jme Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 I think Luton's friendly neighbours Watford might have a word or two to say about that... Won 2 on the bounce since selling their best player haven't they? Still though, it is just our luck that Luton will decide to get back on form with a good performance against us. Happens all too often.
Mark Posted 27 January 2007 Posted 27 January 2007 Won 2 on the bounce since selling their best player haven't they? Won two on the bounce since Jordan Stewart was made temporary captain. Yes, I am being serious!
lcfc_jme Posted 28 January 2007 Posted 28 January 2007 Won two on the bounce since Jordan Stewart was made temporary captain. Yes, I am being serious! Desperate times certainly do call for desperate measures then! Jordan Stewart wasn't very good , infact he was quite poor. Seems to be working wonders for Watford though! A mate of mine is a Watford fan, and he cannot believe that I think Jordan Stewart isn't a very good player. He admits that Mr. Stewart isn't the best footballer on the planet, but tells me he is a solid and accomplished player who can get the job done when needs be.
dandannieldanok Posted 28 January 2007 Posted 28 January 2007 Luton were extremely poor. I feel sorry for Newell, he may be a loud-mouth tw*t, but being forced to sell Vine, Edwards, Howard, Nicholls and Davies can't help. With them five they would be pushing for the prem.
