Fox in a Box Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 OK, I know someone who goes to the fans forum at lcfc where the true fans can be heard. What things would you like him to try an ask the board?
Mark Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Why is Henry still employed when no one likes his version of the Post Horn
Fox in a Box Posted 13 January 2005 Author Posted 13 January 2005 Just a question how old are you lot?
Muz Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 we are all different ages. Im 16 Same question as Pet , Why o why its embarassing
Wilson Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 I'd prefer anything to having henry all the time - what about cheerleaders?
King Kyle lcfc Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Instead of henry they should use the music that they play at the darts when someone get 180 or wins etc, well when it was on sky the other week they played it any body know what track i'm on about, they should play it when we score aswell
Matt Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Henry out! Someone should create a petition to get him out and present it to the club or foxes trust...the club probably wouldn't do anything but currently the club and the foxes trust seem abit deaf and blind about the fans opinions on Henry at least if we present a petition they can realise how many fans actually want this bloke out!
Solihullfox Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 I'd prefer anything to having henry all the time - what about cheerleaders? 54420 Good idea but how about something that the fans can get involved in. For example we could be allowed to throw rotten fruit and vegetables at the player who wins Worst Performer of Last Week award
filbertway Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 OK, I know someone who goes to the fans forum at lcfc where the true fans can be heard. 54405 Emphasize on the true fans bit
Guest Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Didn't people ask for the 'Henry' business to be brought up last time, only it was deemed that there were more important things to discuss?

Fox in a Box Posted 13 January 2005 Author Posted 13 January 2005 You show your ages unfortunately for you..... HENRY to us 30+'s is quite original and he has been around before you were born.... Be careful with what you are saying about him, he's old and could have an affect on his health. In 1992/3 cheerleaders were used.....frankly they were SH*T Im all up for entertainment but dont knock HENRY.

I would like to see the return of the recorded version and for it to be played ONCE, when the teams come out. As for playing music after we score NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, Don't we have crowd there to celebrate a goal, no wonder you can't get them to sing in support if you even play music when we score. At this rate we may as well just have blow up dolls in the stand and play cheering and booing over the tannoy.
Macca4lcfc Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 wen i am standing in he centre circle before kick off you can actually hear people laughing when henry plays. dont you think chambo?
King Kyle lcfc Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Ok davie but we can sing along cant we the most intimiddating grounds are were fans sing along to music did you not watch the glasgow derby at the weekend "You'll never walk alone" was played on the tannoy and it sounded great.

Besides it's still manipulation and not spontaneity. It's also part of the make them sit; tell them what to sing mental control programme. What happens when you don’t want to sing and they start playing and when they choose what to play, before you know it you’ll be singing advertising slogans to earn the club even more money for the over paid prima donnas on the pitch. It’s the thin end of the wedge leading to opera like stadiums when we clap like monkeys when they tell us. I want to sing when I want to, boo when I want to, be quiet when I want to not when some jumped up over the top announcer feels like it. My second rant of the day.

Foxes_Trust Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 Henry out! Nobody spoke against him, as we had several other points to raise (criticisms) we decided not to pursue it at that meeting. At times it seems the FT are left to fire criticisms at the club. certainly it appeared that way at the last meeting.
Leicester_Mad Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 id love to have someone going around the ground getting the crowd going, like Burnley had.
Scow Posted 13 January 2005 Posted 13 January 2005 id love to have someone going around the ground getting the crowd going, like Burnley had. 54593 Birch sometimes attempts it, but doesn't usually do it with much enthusiam...

Anish Posted 14 January 2005 Posted 14 January 2005 Filbert the Fox should be more active in supporting the team, and should be encouraging the fans to drive the team on too.

Jonesy_rules Posted 14 January 2005 Posted 14 January 2005 I'm under 30, and think Henry is alright! met him at one of the sporting dinners, and he was a nice fella! was telling me the first time he played the post horn gallop at a game was in the 1940's or summit like that! I think we just need a louder tanoy!
