The interest rate is where the 0.25% rise would have been. Although a rise of 0.25% in the headline inflation rate typically isn't great news either (assuming the economy is close to its upper inflation target). Mugabe's house of cards of an economy will scorch ahead to 2,000% inflation by years end, I'm sure.
