Glen_lcfc Posted 14 February 2007 Posted 14 February 2007 You wonder why they get crap gates every week even though they are doing well. They charge #30 - #35 pound a ticket!!
Birdy Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 David Sullivan, co-owner of Birmingham City has had enough of the fickle fans giving him a hard time and wants to sell his share of Birmingham city. Quote from the Sun.... "But, yes, I’d sell tomorrow if the price was right. Milan Mandaric has just paid £25million for Leicester and they haven’t got a team." “That’s not to say they won’t beat us when we play them. But we have some very good players who cost a lot of money and eight times out of 10 we would beat Leicester. I say bring the smug ******** on....I so want to wipe the arrognat smile of his face for that comment. Cheeky *****
Stuliasz Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 I love how so many people don't realise that £25m is a completely media fabricated figure. Very disrespectful comments towards us though.

That should get the lads motivated
Leicester Lass Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Cheeky git, let's hope Elvis scores against them again when we play at our place to really piss him off.
Floating Fox Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Cheeky git, let's hope Elvis scores against them again when we play at our place to really piss him off. Is he one of the players that he mentions - "Players who cost a lot of money"
Birdy Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Is he one of the players that he mentions - "Players who cost a lot of money" I think he means HIS players...
dandannieldanok Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Arrogant twat, MM obviously saw more potential at Leicester. And when asked why he chose Leicester it was because we said we were the best fans. Sullivan is simply very jealous.
Floating Fox Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 I think he means HIS players... I really should learn to read..
The People's Hero Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Arrogant twat, MM obviously saw more potential at Leicester. And when asked why he chose Leicester it was because we said we were the best fans. Sullivan is simply very jealous. Which he also said to Portsmouth. And probably every other club he's been involved with. To be honest, MM is not silly and knows how to get the supporters on board. Hook, line and sinker mate.
dandannieldanok Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Hook, line and sinker mate. The £Â£Ã‚£'s and targets have clouded my sensible thinking.
Daggers Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Sullivan is a twat. Sullivan and Brady have spent the whole season slaggin off Blues fans...in a shocking display of disrespect Sullivan had a series of articles in the local rag where he said anyone not happy with ticket prices or the team shouldn't bother coming to games as the club didn't need them...or anyone else that wanted to be critical. He said that only positive (presumably lobotomised) fans should attend matches in future. He is the prime example of a cnut that should never be allowed near a team. He only ever did it for the money and adulation he expected. He's sitting there thinking that loads of people are being offered multi-millions in order to flog their sleeping giants...but he's in charge of an over-priced bunch in a shite stadium. His last big plan was to build the Supercasino at the Blues (giving them a new stadium) and was incandescant when the local council knocked back his idea in favour of a bid out by the NEC.
Birdy Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Quite ironic then after saying any fans that aren;t happy with the ticket pricing etc shouldn;t turn up.....abnd they didn't. they only had 16,000 against stoke!! Then he slags them off further!! He's such a spunk monkey.
lildave3 Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 Sullivan is a twat. Definately. Why bring us into the conversation at all, let alone say that we don't have a team. We'll see on april 17th...
surrifox Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 When an aircraft lands how can you tell if there are an Birmingham fans on the flight? Wait until the engines are switched off and see if the whining noise stops
Birdy Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 I watched his interview on sky sports news. The man is incredible!! He says he can't cope the with fans demending more and more.... duuurrr mr Sullivan this is what happens. You get promotion the the premierleague.....box 1 ticked You stay up....box 2 ticked.... Good finish position......box 3 ticked Qualify for Europe...box 4 ticked.... Win the league.......... Of course fans are demanding you muppet, they want year on year improvement. and when that doesn;t happen, those fans that put their hands in their pocket to watch the games have every right to moan and complain if they feel it isn;t happening. Tip for you. Don't join a London Club....cos they expect even more!!!!
Simi Posted 15 February 2007 Posted 15 February 2007 What a fookin tw@t. Why does everyone still think it's 25m
