Tevez Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 So it looks so close to sealing the deal of Todorov. Who will he replace if he is in the starting 11? Horsfield or Hume?

THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 3-4-3 I just hope (if he does join) he really wants to play for us and uses the opportunity to make a point to Harry Redknapp = GOALS FOR US

Leonisco Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 He shouldn't replace Horsfield - today made me realise that we've been crying out for someone to win headers and hold the ball up.

Leonisco Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 Hume-Horse-Tod in a killer trio, TRIIIIIOOOOOOOOO Yeah, Hume playing just behind the front two with Levi and Yeates on the wings and Jarrett in midfield. Now that would be good.

Royston. Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 Always rated him but is he gonna play up front or midfield where by the way, we are pathetic.
Stevosevic Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 bit of a joke i think, he could go to plenty of premiership clubs if he wanted. i think we should look at loan players who we can get permanently.
Leicfox Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 I heard the Alan Smith rumour about a week ago, id love it but i really can't see it. Didn't he reject a move to another Prem team.

If he would go anywhere on loan surely he would try and help his former club Leeds? I hope the Todorov deal does go forward so that RK has got a headache when it comes to team selection. We need better strength in depth so it would be great if we maybe loaned Fryatt out for experience and maybe gave Elvis to a team of doctors to experiment his footballing brain (or lack of). Agreed, this would obviously be the best preperation for next season if we could settle some quality players in during the run in. We should have enought to stay clear of relegation so resorting to the big players on short term deals is probably a waste of time. However, I wouldn't be surprised if we were treated with one major short term coup, after all this is Mandy's honeymoon, naturally he would want to make a lasting impression on his new found love

I`d much rather get a loanee in that may join us at the end of the loan period, much like Muzzy Izzet did all those years ago. Todorov is OOC at the end of the season so if he impresses that would mean a freebie in the summer. Loads of clubs have taken advantage of that type of deal including Larrson from Arsenal to Brum. Lineker's Left Foot Posted 17 February 2007 Share Posted 17 February 2007 Yes we'll get Todorov and play a diamond formation hopefully with Jarrett as defensive midfielder and Hume as an attacking one - with Horse and Toddy up front Keep with the same defence as today then - quality !!!! Although the way Johnno played, it could be him or Jarrett in defensive midfield ?? what do you think ???
