lildave3 Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Right, we can have line marking, changing rooms, and goal posts done at Victoria Park for the price of 32 English pounds, thats less than a quid each, Thoughts???? Quality stuff Manwell.
Finnegan Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Awesome Manwell. We also need an o21s club anthem. All the best supporters have one, we need something rousing for our fans to hold their scarves for.
blue blood Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Part and parcel of the game. I've come to live with it. Still, if I read the game properly and utilise my pace, I should manage to avoid your clumsy, mis-timed challenges every time. Here's to trying. the goalie is back!!! as ive not played for a couple of weeks - been injured, i can see some of my cross catching being a bit heavy handed, with all duue respect and best of intentions i may end up taking a few ppl out - just tell me who MP

Manwell Pablo Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 ps may as well call it a quid fifty each and use the rest for water etc...thoughtsor even £3 and use the rest overs as a drinking kitty for the winning team?! I think each team can sort their own water out mate. Right I'll canvas opinions about paying a quid for the pitch for the over 21's. Can someone (Thracian preffreable) ask the members of the under 21 side??? (I take it finners and Blue blood are alright with it)

Finnegan Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Do we need a vote? Everyone can get to Vicky Park and everyone can afford a quid. The end?
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 Do we need a vote? Everyone can get to Vicky Park and everyone can afford a quid. The end? Well not now no, because I presume most of us Adults can afford a quid, and Thracian has just told me he's paying for their lot, so I presume they have no problem with free goal posts lines changing rooms etc.
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 Thracian's got money to waste? Awesome. Drinks on pops! Obviously just sold some piece of crap for a lot of money
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 Signed photo of Andy King through his bedroom window? Nah, it's the left boot Alan Sheehan was wearing when he nearly got a last minute assist against Bolton.
Finnegan Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Ah. If he had the right sock of Louis Dodds as worn for his first tap in for Rochdale I'd be interested.
Manwell Pablo Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 Anyway, I'll ring Viccy park tomorrow, too busy today. Got a trip half way round the world to organise as well as this.
blue blood Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Anyway, I'll ring Viccy park tomorrow, too busy today. Got a trip half way round the world to organise as well as this. half way around of the world does not sound as far as the other side of the world
lcfc_jme Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 So Vicky Park is all but secured for us now, along with goalposts and a pitch which is clearly marked out. Lovely stuff. I just hope now that one of our players more than likely me doesn't get banned for turning up a little drunk because they're celebrating the end of the college year.

I'll need some to check that all of your players are still playing between now and Friday please. I don't want shell out for this just have me, TPH and Fez playing you and Thracian

And by hilarity, I mean vicious kicking of people in the head.
Finnegan Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 I've arranged for my old man to pick me up / drop me off to and from Donnington Park. A slightly hung over Finnegan will be on show for definate! Do we have definate details in regards to kit yet? Anyone know the state of the ground at Vicky Park this time of year? Studs? Astros?

Astros more than likely mate. We're not expecting much rain and the ground is already hard so it'll be cracked and solid by the time we play. I think your lot is playing in blue. Manwell I'll see what I can do in terms of checking on everybody's availability for this game and let you know when I know more.
