Brainy Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 All the teams down there have hard run-ins Due to our current position (in the table) it's our to lose.
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 All the teams down there have hard run-insDue to our current position (in the table) it's our to lose. I think the others do have hard run-ins. I can honestly see two more points, with draws vs Barnsley and Wolves. Should be enough???
filbertway Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 I never expected anything from this anyway, so i'm no mroe worried than I was before. I still think we only need 2 points to stay up.
Maybes Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 I'm still confident. Me too. I can see us picking up a couple of points. Cant really see hull winning too many.
Guest Gist Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 The problem is if we lose to both Preston and Barnsley and Leeds lose to Southampton but beat Ipswich at home which is likely, we will be in the bottom three with a point behind.
AyewJoking Posted 17 April 2007 Posted 17 April 2007 Assuming Southend and Luton are down, I reckon Hull will join them. Cant see them picking up a single point.
act smiley Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 If we don't lose to barnsley, we're in with a good chance, otherwise, we're fooked.
Geo V Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 Today was always going to be a bonus game for us as it was a game in hand. With the GD in our favour, I think we will still be OK.
MC Prussian Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 1-1, 2-2, 0-2, 1-1, 1-3, 2-4, 1-1, 0-3, 1-2, 1-2. We haven't won in 10 and scored two goals in a game only twice during that period. Considering the luck we had with the win at Burnley (OG), you could make it eleven. In most cases, we conceded early/silly goals. And whenever we scored first, we're not able to hold on or to extend that lead.
Cal Posted 18 April 2007 Posted 18 April 2007 I reckon we can pull it off, the game at Barnsley is crucial though.
