I said it at the time when AFC Wimbledon were docked points that it was harsh because West Ham would get away with it- and they did.

Its double standards and it stinks- no wonder the game is going down the toilet.

so far its a resounding yes to west ham getting docked points which i have to say i definatley agree with theres nothing gets my back up more than having double standards. The fact is west ham committed an offence that in any other league & dare i say if west ham were in any higher of a position points would have been docked! but the matter isn't already closed & if justice is done west ham will be down with us for next season which i personally am happy with!

Yes of course they should get docked points - that's the rules and they broke them.

How many times have Chelsea tapped up players and got away with it? I bet LCFC wouldn't get away with it.

The bastards got away with murder. Its double-standards at its best. Once again, the FA shows how big of c*nts they are.

They should. But they haven't and that's that and that's. Also any appeal will be unsuccessful. I feel sorry for the team who go down (If West Ham stay up of course) but what's done is done.

If these teams had performed better in the season they wouldn't have had to worry about what's happening.

It's not fair. I think everyone knows that. But like i said in my previous post. What's done is done.

im not so sure to be honest its looking like the appeal from wigan etc holds some weight we just need a few other teams to grow some b@ll@cks and join them then the fa can't just sweep it under the carpet! with the huge sums of money that stands to be gained & lost by being in the premiership these days it should become more than just a footballing matter its damn fraud is what it is :olol

so west ham stayed up then when will they find out if they are going to face any more action on this matter?? :dunno:

Carlos Tevez

The letter West Ham sent to the Premier League proving Argentine forward Carlos Tevez was eligible to play for them has been seen by the BBC's Inside Sport.

As has been said though cancellation has to be agreed by all parties.

Now FIFA are going to get involved.

no doubt they will slash the fine and add points rather than deducting them!

I'm not so sure.

West Ham have put themselves right in the sh*t.

They've claimed to have cancelled the original contract for Tevez about a month ago then re-signing him, which if FIFA find that this true they're ****ed basically because they have technically signed a player outside the transfer window which is a serious offence.
